We support companies in managing the activities required to obtain national and supranational public guarantees.

In recent years, public guarantees have represented an important tool for facilitating access to credit; often a 'sine qua non' condition for obtaining financing for corporate projects.

Who we cater for

We cater for both SMEs (companies employing up to 249 employees) and Small Mid-Caps (companies employing up to 499 employees), based in Italy, with customised services to enable access to important public guarantees.

Services in the field of Guarantees:

• InnovFin: is a supranational guarantee, issued by the European Investment Fund (E.F.I.), to companies oriented towards Research, Development and Innovation. The guarantee issued by the E.F.I. is worth 50% of the bank loan obtained by the company. It is intended for enterprises employing a maximum of 499 employees.
  
• Fondo di Garanzia per le PMI (Law 662/96): a public guarantee on first demand, irrevocable and unconditional, up to a maximum of 80% of the bank loan obtained by the enterprise. The guarantee is issued only to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises whose characteristics meet the requirements of Ministerial Decree 18/04/2005.

How we do it

The needs of our client companies are analysed through dedicated meetings in which needs are identified and work paths are proposed, sharing objectives, timeframes and methods.

The work is carried out by a team of consultants with many years of proven experience in the sector.
