Tinexta Group owns 100% of the Warrant Hub share capital.

beWarrant, Warrant Innovation Lab, PrivacyLab, Euroquality, Europroject, Enhancers, Plannet, Forvalue are wholly owned subsidiaries of Warrant Hub. While Trix and Evalue are controlled respectively at 70% and Warrant Service at 50% of the shares. Innovazione2, Studio Fieschi e soci and FASI are associated companies in which Warrant Hub holds respectively 30%, 20% and 15% of the shares.
