Recovery of excise duties

Recovery of excise duties paid for use of vehicles

What we can do for you

According to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree n. 504/95 and subsequent circulars issued by the Italian Customs and Excise authority,  a 70% reduction can be obtained in excise duty on diesel fuel used by vehicles (approximately €0.43/litre). In order to be able to determine the concession due, the engines of work vehicles must be equipped with an rpm counter and a work time counter declared suitable by Italian Customs and Excise.

Warrant Hub handles the entire application procedure: from the free assessment of the technical/economic feasibility to the supply of ENgine monitoring tools, from the submission of the application to Italian Customs and Excise to the management of ensuing relations with the authority, both during inspections and for the preparation and submission of the periodic refund applications.

Who we cater for

How we do it

Through our ENgine monitoring system we provide a measuring instrument which is certified by Accredia (national calibration service) and compliant with the most recent requirements of the Italian Customs Agency, as it uses "STAND ALONE" technology.
